Eco-friendly dryer
The eco-friendly dryer is widely used for drying any plastic materials. It can dry raw materials that are wet due to packaging, transportation or recycling. The stainless steel barrel can be directly used for drying plastic materials such as injection molding machines, extruders, granulators, etc.
Description
Working principle of the eco-friendly dryer
▲ The hopper dryer is a replacement product for the standard hot air dryer, which is improved based on the original function, taking full account of environmental protection factors.
▲ The hot air with moisture is discharged from the dryer, recycled to the filter through the high-temperature red pipe, and the dust contained in the hot air is filtered. The moisture is naturally evaporated and discharged out of the dryer, and the clean hot air is again blown back to the dryer for recycling

▲ Environmental purification – closed design, which can filter dust and avoid pollution in the process of circulating drying, and can reduce the temperature rise of the working environment caused by drying.
▲ High-temperature resistance of special filter.
▲ The fan can be equipped with a 150 ℃ high-temperature resistant type to ensure the safe operation of the fan.
Note: The standard temperature is within 120 ℃, and the high temperature of 200 ℃ can be customized
