Hopper dryer

Description
Working principle of dryer:
The hot air generated by the heating pipe is blown into the barrel by a high-performance high-temperature fan at ℃, which can fully dry the plastic, maintain the drying requirements of the plastic, and maintain a long-term uniform temperature

▲The bucket is separated from the bottom, which is convenient for material cleaning and rapid for material change. The surface of the stainless steel upper screen and the lower screen is flat, smooth, and easy for dry cleaning
▲ The proportional deviation indicating temperature controller is used to accurately control the temperature
▲ Double overheating protection devices can reduce accidents caused by mechanical failure
▲ Full digital PID control LED status display. 0-99 hours timed automatic lift
▲ Double layer bucket, stainless steel electric cylinder, heat dissipating electric tube, high-temperature fan. The intermittent drying method is provided to save electricity
Note: The standard temperature is within 120 ℃, and the 200 ℃ high-temperature types can be customized.
