Description

Use of Dehumidifying dryer:
▲ The dehumidification dryer should be aimed at engineering plastics with strong hygroscopicity to solve the bad quality problems such as bubbles, crazes, corner cracks, flow marks, and poor transparency caused by the products not being dried well; Engineering plastics such as PA, PC, PBT, PET, NYLOM and other materials with strong hygroscopicity infiltrate into the plastic granules from dry water, which cannot be completely dried by traditional dryers.
▲ The dehumidification dryer is mainly used with the hot air hopper dryer for efficient dehumidification and drying.
▲ It has been proved by practice that only by reducing the dew point of the drying air to below – 40 ℃ and controlling the heat to blow it over the surface of the wet plastic particles can the moisture content of the drying air be reduced to below 0.02% before molding.
▲ Honeycomb dehumidifier fully dehumidify the air in a closed circulating system, and rapidly separates the water in the plastic particles to achieve the effect of dehumidification in the dry

Features of Dehumidifying dryer:
▲ The P.I.D temperature control system is adopted, which has a regeneration temperature setting and actual temperature display screens.
▲ The rotation speed of the honeycomb wheel can be adjusted.
▲ A double condenser structure is adopted to ensure lower return air temperature and dew point.
▲ Honeycomb can reach dew point below – 40 ℃, and even lower than – 50 ℃ under enhanced configuration
▲ PLC control and LCD touch human-computer interface are optional.
▲ A dew point meter that can monitor the dehumidification effect of the machine at any time is optional.
▲ The machine occupies a small area and is easy to move. The machine can be replaced at will.
