The function of the automatic suction machine:

Principle of automatic suction machine:
▲ The hopper of the suction machine is generally placed on the equipment to be pumped and stored (such as a dryer);
▲ The suction machine is operated by; Hopper, inductive switch, mechanical air switch, filter screen, feed inlet, suction inlet, suction pipe, feed pipe, and host;
▲ Host: mainly time relay controls the work and rest of the equipment, and its components: motor, filter; Air inlet, air suction device, inductive connecting wire, and multiple groups of relays.
▲ When there is no material in the small hopper of the suction machine, the mechanical air switch will fall down and open the induction switch. When the induction switch is opened, the relay of the host machine will open to enable the motor to start running, and the motor will run to drive the exhaust device, and start to go to the small hopper through the air filter. Under the action of the air suction, the mechanical air switch will close the outlet upward to form a small hopper vacuum. There is a material pipe at the inlet to the hopper, The raw material starts to enter the small hopper and is isolated by the filter screen and will not be sucked into the direction of the motor. When the set operation time of the motor reaches, it will stop. When there is no vacuum in the small hopper, the mechanical air switch will fall, the raw materials will fall into the dryer, and the circulation will end;
In this way, the stored equipment can always be kept full of materials, which is convenient for use and drying.
